- What is an ASPI Driver?
An ASPI driver is required for DVD ripping. Windows 95 or 98
comes with the ASPI manager pre-installed, while NT does not.
To tell if you have an ASPI manager installed, look for a file
called WNASPI32.DLL in your Windows system directory (c:\windows\system
or c:\winnt\system32 are common locations). If dvdPean is unable
to find the ASPI driver, you can download an ASPI driver from
here.
- What is SVCD?
SVCD is Super Video CD, a great method to save DVD movie to CD without losing much quality. SVCD disc is able to be played in your DVD player.
- What's DIVX?
